For those interested in selling replicas, Rolex replica watches can be bought in wholesale quality. Rolex replicas sell well, and many vendors are selling them successfully online. However, Rolex is a trademark of Rolex Watch Company, and anyone who makes or sells Rolex replicas may have not been given permission by Rolex Watch Co. USA. Therefore, while the profits can be substantial, wholesalers Rolex replicas wholesalers run the risk of trademark infringement.
Usually whenever a seller is prosecuted and/or sued, a deal will be made to reduce the fines or penalties. A part of the deal must be that the seller reveals their wholesaler. Rolex then investigates the wholesaler, and prosecutes them as well as any other dealers they supply on the Internet.
The charges brought on the wholesaler are usually the same as the dealer, but the punishments and fines are much greater. Wholesalers have much greater selling volume and power than the dealers themselves. And the only way Rolex can stop the problem of replicas over the Internet is to attack the source – the wholesalers. Wholesalers also have much more inventory (usually in the thousands), so a confiscation can lead to an instant shortage in supply over the Internet.

The Perils of Wholesale Rolex Replicas
Seeking a Low-Priced Rolex? Try a Chinese Rolex Replica
The Chinese-made Rolex replica is considered to be Grade 5 – the lowest graded and poorest quality replica on the market. These Rolex replicas usually contain a Chinese style watch movement mechanism. Beware that some disreputable dealers try to misrepresent Grade 5 Chinese Rolex Replicas as the higher Graded 1 to 4 Swiss or Japanese replicas.
The five grades for Rolex replicas are Swiss (Grade 1), Japanese (Grade 2-4) and Chinese (Grade 5).
In contrast to the Chinese replicas, Swiss and Japanese replicas are typically very well-crafted. In fact, Swiss Rolex replicas often cost nearly as much as the real thing.
Fortunately for those who seek low prices, the good news is that Chinese Rolex replicas are also the least expensive. You will pay between $5 and $30 wholesale and between $20 and $150 retail for a Grade 5 Chinese watch.
When considering buying a Grade 5 Chinese replica, weigh the pros and cons. In summary: the jewel movement will be less impressive; the crystal may be plastic (rather than saffire); there is no hacking signal; the gold finish will be fake and perhaps either too shiny or dull; finally, you will likely have no warranty. Although these replicas are perfectly fine watches as far as watches are concerned, they are least impressive of all Rolex replicas.

Why You Cannot Go Wrong With Rolex Watches
Rolex is an outstanding company that has been synonymous with excellence and sophistication since its inception in 1908 by Mr. Hans Wilsdorf, a German. In 1908, when watchmakers are putting their own names on the watch dials, Wilsdorf wanted to create a brand name for his fine watches. A short, impressive, easy to pronounce name; Rolex was born.
The Rolex watch is very valuable for many reasons. They are extremely reliable and durable. They are also beautifully made, which is why this brand is a favourite among many watch collectors. As a result, pre-owned Rolex can resale for many thousands of dollars. You can find many of such pieces on sale at most eBay sites , a very popular hangout for watch collectors to buy/sell their ware. But rumour has it that Rolex has intentionally limit the supply of Rolex watches which is also another reason why their prices are always increasing pretty much like how Ferrari controls the product of their cars. Rolexes are often found in pristine condition, years after they were made. Rolex uses a Valjoux movements for its Cosmograph (a watch with stop watch functions), available in three sizes.
However, Rolex do manufacture some of their own movements (electronic and mechanical), including the movement for watches such as the Tudor. Replicas of the Rolex watch are very sought after, as the price is dramatically lower than the real thing. Rolex have long been known for their classy and bold designs, their accurate timekeeping, and their ability to manufacture a watch for every need and taste.
If you are buying a swiss watch, then you would be hard pushed to find one better than the Rolex. Unfortunately, due to its very strict control of its dealers, Rolex are only sold through retail outlets. For second watch watches, Ashford and PrincetonWatches are the only merchants we reviewed that are selling pre-owned watches. To learn more about the various types of Rolex watches, please visit Swiss-Watches-Guide.com.
If you are in the market for a new timepiece and if you do not have at least $3,000 budget for a Rolex, consider other affordable Swiss watch brands found at Swiss-Watches-Guide.com.

Rolex Imitations Popular Timepieces - The Reasons
The most common of all watches to be replicated is certainly the popular and well known Swiss brand, the Rolex. Obviously there will be differences, such as the imitation Rolex will not have the same qualities as the genuine Rolex, in terms of weight, feel and certain other subtle qualities but to the naked eye the imitation Rolex will easily pass for the most popular and well respected original Rolex watch.
Imitation Rolex watches, among other models have become more and more popular. The main reason why someone can afford buying an imitation Rolex watch is the fact that its price represents only a fraction of what a genuine Rolex watch costs. More than this, imitation Rolexes have the same quality as the authentic models. They are meant to imitate the originals they are named after, but they can be found at a cheaper price.
Most people buy Rolex watches for their name and not their quality, because comparable quality watches can be acquired at a small fraction of their prices. Wearing a Rolex after all is a symbol of one's social status. They often draw attentions from envious eyes. So wearing a fake Rolex then is essentially a poor man's way of achieving that same sensation.
The hallmarks of a high quality Rolex replica are fine craftsmanship, attention to detail and the use of top-quality materials. Your replica Rolex should very closely approximate the original, with the same features and qualities as a real Rolex.
Almost all the Rolex models, both for men and women have been replicated. The most popular models include Rolex daytona, GMT, Oyster Perpetual, Rolex Cellini, President, Explorer, Yacht Master.
Swiss Rolex Replica Watches details the available models while Imitation Rolex Avalanche tells a story about the craze for these timepieces and Imitation Rolex watches reviews each model.

Used Rolex Watches
If you are looking for a Rolex watch, then you are ooking a genuine Rolex, not a cleverly constructed fake (or blatant rip off). Unless you have lots of money to spare, you are probably looking for a good used Rolex watch as buying these luxury watches used can give you a great discount without sacrificing quality. Obviously, only reliable sellers sell authentic Rolexes. Legitimate Rolex dealers would never attempt to sell a fake, passing it off as an original. In fact, only authorized Rolex dealers are legally permitted to sell genuine Rolex watches according to the official Rolex website. This doesn't necessarily mean that all unauthorized Rolex dealers selling Rolex watches are selling Folexes (fake Rolexes), though it is a distinct possibility. Genuine Rolex's may be available at auction sites such as Ebay.com, and as some sites say, may be bought from the wholesale secondary market, with savings passed on to the buyer. Still, it is a shaky business deal and one definitely worth investigating. The Rolex Company is notorious for demanding its dealers are authorized, and even its repair centers be authorized. The company is also known for not selling Rolex parts to anyone else.
This site not only has a list of reputable dealers and repair centers, it also has many helpful links directly related to Rolex sales and tips on buying Rolex watches. It also draws attention to a Rolex price list, a serial numbers reference, and Rolex forums, visited frequently by Rolex experts. Another valuable piece of information is the "The Rolex Report" a book by John E. Brozek, which includes research, references and insider tips on detecting genuine Rolex watches from fakes.

Timex Sport Personal Heart Rate Monitor T5G971 with gray resin strap. Heart rate monitor continuously tracks your heart rate durin exercise. Easy-to-read display. Pre-set your desired exercise zone and alarm notification will alert you when not in the zone. Automatic activity timer. Recovery heart rate timer. Calorie counter. Workout review. Heart rate display in percent-of-max format or BPM (beats per minute). Indiglo night light Night Mode feature. Water resistant at 30 meters (100 feet)
Great Device; Great Value This is a great beginner's heart rate monitor. I've never had one before and in only 2 weeks I've experienced a clear increase in health and fitness. What swayed me in getting this one is that at the time I ordered it there were 21 4/5-star ratings and only 1 1-star rating. I've found it to be as great as the other reviews stated, a wonderful device, and a great value. The only problem I've experienced is when I hadn't wet the sensors as the directions specified. Once I did that it worked perfectly. This could be the problem of the negative review. I do wonder how well the chest strap will endure. There are 2 small rubberized plastic clips which are each potential points of failure. The sensor and watch both use standard lithium batteries, so that will make replacement easy when the time comes. Unlike heart rate monitors that are at least 5 times the cost, only the readings from the last session are saved, so they do need to be recorded manually if you want the save them. I looked at strapless models, but most people recommended the strap. One advantage of the strap is that you can check your heart rate throughout the day which would be hard to do with the strapless models. I marvel at the technologies used to create this device for such a reasonable price: heart rate sensors, wireless data transmission, data storage, and calculations. It's an incredible device and great value.
Curious about the calorie count This works great as a heart rate monitor, however I'm not sure how accurate the calorie counter is. It says I burned about 1000 calories in 45 mins when the machines I was using said I burned about 600 and when I logged my workout into a website I'm using to track my calorie intake, it said I had burned about 700. Not sure what to think since the HRM is the only thing that was actually strapped to my body, maybe its the most accurate. I'm not going to count on it though.
Cant beat it for the price. Great monitor & watch, for a extremly reasonable price.I baught a Schwinn Airdyne exercise bike recently. To my surprise and pleasure when I wore the chest strap from the Timex watch my heart rate was regestering on the Schwinn monitor. Can't go wrong with this watch. Looks good, has large #s,heart rate, time and date.

Forward or backward setting. 12/24 hour time. Month day date. INDIGLO night-light. All-day-white reflector display. Stainless steel band. Water resistant to 100 meters.
Lives up to expectation This is a great value for money watch. Good looking, with all the necessary 'digital' functions, plus the ability to switch the LED off if you want the more traditioal look. As other reviews have said it is a tad on the heavy side, but in my opinion only in a good way. The default strap is pretty large (unless you have wrists like tree trunks) so you will almost certainly have to ask a jeweller to remove some links, as it requires special tools etc. Otherwise I'm well chuffed with my purchase
Best Supporting Actor This watch played a significant role in the Will Farrell film STRANGER THAN FICTION (2006). It should have been nominated for a best supporting role by an inanimate object. Althought the watch in the movie does a few tricks that only Hollywood could dream up, it is, on its own merits, a really fine watch. For the price, you can't beat it. Timex never fails to come up with the best watches for those who need a watch, not a piece of ludicrous, 18k gold, diamond encrusted five figure priced jewelry that needs to be manually wound or kept in constant motion to tell you what Timex does for 1/5th the price. Any questions?

Not for everyone I've worn a Timex Triathlon/Ironman watch for over 15 years. About six months ago I purchased the data link watch, thinking it would give me the functionality of other watches I have had with the additional benefit of downloading data and holding other info. The biggest problem for me was that, as a lefty, the dial constantly changes the mode - particularly when I am swimming, so it is not reliable for workouts. This frustrates my use of the watch to the point that I'm back on the market and will just have this one as a reserve in case the new one is lost...while I get a replacement. Smaller issues are that the start/stop button is not as easy to use while doing interval training and the face light on mine was not bright enough to see the time at night. I never realized the benefits that I had envisioned because, although typically a person that downloads data, I found it easier to manually record the data. Also, although I synched outlook contacts to the telephone, nearly all the contact data the watch stores is already on my cell phone. I wasn't compelled to write a review until I saw the five star reviews and thought, if I didn't already have this watch, I might be compelled to buy it based on the reviews but would have wanted to know the things I have put in this review to consider before purchasing it. I was surprised to see the cost, I recall spending less for mine.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR This is no a review of the Timer/Printer but the deceptive practices of the vendor. The item was not properly identified by serial number as it prevented me from doing direct comparisans with other vendors. with such knowledge I would not have bought from Online Sports and would have dealt with a more reputable vendor. Who in their right mind charges $41.00 for shipping and handling for something that otherwise would cost $10-$15 to ship if they kney that once the customer was reeled in and would have second thoughts about returning it for a less expensive one. This stopwatch/printer was purchase to help kids with their splits and races. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!

How to Make Money with Wholesale Watches
You can make money, a lot of money with wholesale watches. You can even create a business around it. As a matter of fact that, if you are thinking of any kind of watch business you’ll need to buy them at wholesale watches, so you will be in the “Wholesale Watch Business”.
Now, let’s talk about how you can Make Money with Wholesale Watches. You can make money around different types of watches at different prices depending on what you like and what you can buy. Maybe you like high end watches and you have a supplier, maybe you prefer to sell high quantities of inexpensive watches that you buy for around $2. It’s all up to you and the type of business you want.
There are even many ways to sell those watches. You can sell them to stores, to other wholesalers or distributors and you can also sell them directly to the end user.
I’ve sold watches in different ways at different parts of my life. The first time I sold watches I was about 20 years old. I got a small lot of watches at a good price and I sold them to a very small watch repair shop in San Diego, California. I only had a handful of watches and I doubled my money. Now, I did not really like walking form one business to the next offering low end watches so the next time I stumbled into some watches I did it differently.
A few years ago I had a distribution business with several salespeople. My salespeople serviced convenience stores with novelties and I had the idea of selling watches to those accounts. I went to a big trade show in Las Vegas and purchased a few cases of watches.
My salespeople went to the stores and offered those watches to the accounts and, success. There where an easy sell even when selling them to gas stations and liquor stores. There where very inexpensive watches but I managed to double or triple my money with every sell by still leaving enough money so the retailer could do the same.
These are just two ways I sold watches, you can use many other ways, let me give you a final example of how I sold watches on eBay.
I noticed that the same watches I was selling to my retail store customers where selling on eBay at “wholesale prices”. Only there were not really wholesale prices, they were expensive. I decided to start selling my watches on eBay at through wholesale prices and in bulk. My customers where retail stores, wholesalers, other people selling on eBay. I also got many customers that used the watches as giveaways or promotions.
Now, how much did I sell? About $20,000 per month. Yes, this may sound like a lot of money but I think watches can sell much more. I sold low priced Chinese Made watches for about $3 each, most of the time I sold a few case of 30 or 40 watches.
There are many ways you can sell watches and many ways to make money with them. There are many ways of selling watches of any price range. You could sell them from home to friends and family, to retail stores, on the internet, by mail order, and many others.
How you decide to start selling watches will depend on your personality, your time and your investment. If you want to start selling Rolexes or Omega watches you’ll need more than a couple of hundred bucks. On the other hand if you are selling low cost watches a couple of hundred bucks is all you need.

What Makes A Good Dive Watch?
"Time On My Hands" - The World of Men's Watches
Had the great songwriting team of Vincent Youmans, Mack Gordon and Harold Adamson been composing songs about mens watches when they penned the sentimental hit Time On My Hands back in 1930, the title might have been "Time On My Wrist," for by then, mens watches had emerged from pockets for good, and are today perhaps the most popular and most frequently item of mens jewelry.
Most people today do not realize that the first designer watches were actually wrist watches designed for women. An early example was the ladies' "bracelet watch" that was sold in the U.S. shortly after the American Civil War. Practical timepieces for men - such as dive watches and other watches for active individuals - did not come along for almost forty years afterward when the first wrist watch for men was designed for Franco-Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont in 1904.
Luxury Watches Today
Today's mens watches are more rugged and durable than even the finest pocket watches of the early 20th Century, yet combine this durability with beauty and craftsmanship that is worthy of the label "mens jewelry." Mens gold watches were a traditional gift to an employee who had been with a company for forty years back when people often made a career at a single firm, and diamond mens watches remain a popular anniversary gift.
Today, there are two companies the names of which are virtually synonymous with high-quality luxury watches. One is Citizen, and the other is Movado.
The former company started out in 1918 as the Shoshoka Watch Institute of Japan; the name was changed to "Citizen" in 1930. This company manufactures fine dive watches as well as some of the most coveted luxury watches in the world.
Movado is located in Switzerland; this company's product is primarily responsible for the term "runs like a Swiss watch." These designer watches are generally considered to be some of the most accurate and dependable timepieces ever made. Mens gold watches and diamond mens watches from Movado (Esperanto for "I move") are of a unique minimalist design that make them among the most distinctive pieces of mens jewelry on the market today. However, those who are considering the purchase of one of the many fine mens watches made by this company - whether for themselves or as distinctive gifts for someone else - may have a serious problem, because Movado makes over 100 different models of luxury watches!
In any event, if you are stumped over the ideal gift, it's good to know about mens watches. Whether it's for a rite of passage such as a graduation or bar-mitzvah, an anniversary or birthday, or to honor someone's outstanding achievement, mens watches are always appropriate - and always welcome.

Are You Planning To Buy A New Watch?
Finding it hard to look through your cell phone anytime someone ask the time. Well then its time to buy a new watch.
What is the main purpose of buying a watch? Different people have different purpose. Many types of watches are available in the market and depending upon your needs you can select the one most suitable one. Divers and swimmers choose water resistant watches so that they don`t have to worry every time they enter deep waters. Some people opt for sports watches as for their needs. Some like style others like the finishing. People are different, their choices are different and even watches are of many types.
Many people like to have a huge collection of watches that can match their huge collection of outfits at various places. You can't get along with a sports watch while addressing a group of people finalizing a business deal. Youngsters like the modern accessories loaded with the latest gadgets like mp3 players and inbuilt GPS. Like everything else, watches also have some famous and expensive brands. One can buy one of these good brands according to the budget. It's the choice of the buyer to spend or not to spend a thousand of dollars on a certain accessory. Rolex, Tag Heuer are one of those brand names. There are other less expensive watches too flooding the markets.
Nowadays automatic watches are available in the market that doesn't need batteries for functioning. They get charged by the physical movement of the wrist. The quartz one need batteries. Although luxury ones doesn't ensure success, they ensure elegance, style and comfort.

3 Essential Watches For Women
Every woman should have more than 1 pair of shoes. Likewise, every woman could use several watches. A different watch in terms of style and function is needed for the different areas in her life.
Although we cover only 3 watches here, these are the bare minimum. Yes, you could wear a dress watch to work, to a formal dinner, hiking, travelling and to the gym, but honestly, would it look right with your sweats? Is it really appropriate for hiking? How Quartz Watches Have Revolutionized The Watch Industry
Everyone knows Quartz watches. The brand name is so famous and has been with us so long even the poorest people in the world have heard of them. They may of even owned one. They are possibly the most popular form of watch in the world. More than likely most of us have owned a Quartz at some point in our lives.
But do we really know the significance of these watches. How they have helped to revolutionize watch making. Very few people do understand this precisely because they have become so commonplace. Rather like mobile phones. So in this brief article I would just like to familiarize people with Quartz watches and what they have meant in the past.
A Quartz is a crystal that has the power to keep time better than any other known method. And you thought it was just any other wristwatch. In fact the discovery of Quartz is known to be the most important in watch making history, the crystal small enough to be used in wristwatches yet also incredibly powerful.
They first came in to the marketplace in the seventies and were unsurprisingly expensive, retailing in the USA at $500. They originated as a digital watch and for a time were the most sought after consumer item. But it was only really businessmen that could afford them. Nowadays of course the price of them has come right down and it is common to have one. It has even become untrendy.
The Quartz is of course a digital watch and very much unlike its mechanical counterpart. They usually have a number of buttons that can be pressed to change the display to a stopwatch, time or the date.
The original Quartz watches were a little different in the fact that there digits were a bright red, but they didn't have the features of today's modern watches. It was there newness that was attractive. Over time the LSD light displaying the time was toned down to what we know today as the black digits.
It is easy today to disregard the Quartz watch as something that is just there. Perhaps it is losing its significance with the introduction of mobile phones that not only tell the time, but can be used to ring friends, play games and send messages. At the same time Quartz watches is one of those inventions that was a major breakthrough in technology. Perhaps without them today's society just would not be the same.
Remember this when you next see one and perhaps we can all help to reposition it as an item of significance, even if in the future it becomes merely a fashion accessory.

What Watches Say
Watches are more than just a way to tell what time it is. They also have something to say about the person wearing them. What does your watch say about you? Here are some things to consider when purchasing your next watch to make sure it makes the right statement.
The Watch Band
The material your watchband is made from can say a great deal about the person wearing it. Many who just want a mechanical piece to tell them the time of day wear watches with metal bands. Those who want a little more stylish look may wear watches with leather bands. See someone wearing watches with bands made out of material and you are often looking at those who are outdoorsy and need a watch that will let them sweat.
The Watch Display
There are two kinds of displays on watches- digital or analog. Watches with the old-style analog displays are much classier than the more modern digital options. But, for those who like convenience, watches with digital displays are easier to read, and don't take thought to process.
The Watch Face
You will know if a person puts thought into their watches when you look at the face of the watch they are wearing. Watch faces should be well suited to the arm they are on. For those with smaller wrists, smaller faced watches should be worn. The opposite is true for larger sized wrists. If you have ever seen someone who has a small wrist wearing a large faced watch or a larger wrist person with a tiny watch face, you know how awkward that can look. You will likely think this person didn't pay any attention when making the buy.

Which is Better: Quartz or Mechanical Watch?
Traditional mechanical watches had their origins in the 14th century. The mechanical watch is powered by a wound spring and the balance wheel regulates the time. The invention of the quartz watch in the 70's has however dominated the watch market . Today , 90% of all watches manufactured are quartz watches. Quartz watches are cheaper, more accurate, reliable and require less maintenance. Quartz watches are 60 times more accurate than mechanical watches. A quartz watch loses or gains 1 second a week while a mechanical watch may lose 1 minute a week. This translates to bigger inaccuracies for longer periods of time. In a month you would lose 4 seconds for a quartz watch while a mechanical watch loses up to 4 minutes in a month. The quartz crystal is accurate because of its extremely high oscillations of up to 32,768 cycles per second.
Quartz watches have few moving parts. Moving parts cause friction and wear and tear and as a result they are more prone to breakdown. By having less moving parts quartz watches do not have breakdown as often as mechanical watches. Also , the gear train of a mechanical watch is under constant load from the mainspring whereas the gear train in a quartz watch is not under any load.
Mechanical watches also require servicing every three years to keep the watch working in good condition and tell the time accurately.
Mechanical watches require winding up which provide reserve power of 40 hours. An automatic watch relies on the movement of the wrist to power itself. But still, if you do not wear it all the time and just wear occasionally, you will find the time on the watch has stopped and you need to adjust the time . A quartz watch powered by a battery is constantly powered and tells accurate time all the time and do not need time adjustment. Of course you do need the change the battery after two to three years.
Mechanical watches have longer lifespans than that of quartz watches. A mechanical watch can last indefinitely with proper care and servicing. Should it break down , parts are always available for repair. A mechanical watch can become a collectible and it can fetch high resale value due to its rarity. A quartz watch on the other hand features electronic circuitry that has a limited lifespan. You cannot repair it because the electronic components for it would be obsolete by then.
Lastly, a mechanical watch is not as sensitive to extreme cold temperature as quartz watches. In extreme cold, the mechanical watch still keeps working while the cold will temporarily shut down the battery of the quartz watch.

Why Luxury Swiss Watches Not Only Look Good But Are Great Investment Vehicles As Well?
There's no denying that luxury Swiss watches are some of the best looking timepieces you'll ever see, and everyone knows about the Swiss legendary quality. But not as many people realize that luxury Swiss watches can be a valuable commodity in your investment portfolio as well. Here's why:
In a market where battery-operated digital watches are the norm, there is still room for the ageless quality of luxury Swiss watches. With many models being produced in 14k Gold and even platinum, the precious metal value alone of a luxury Swiss watch is enough to propel it into the category of an investment. But melting a luxury Swiss watch down for its metal value is the last thing you want to do.
Because these watches do virtually last forever, their value increases as they age. Take the 1933 "Henry Graves" pocket watch from Patek Philippe that sold at auction for U.S. $11 million in 1999, or the same company's 1939 "World Time" wristwatch that brought in an amazing $4 million in 2002. While there is no guarantee that a luxury Swiss watch purchased this year will fetch those kinds of prices in the future, you can bet that the watch will nonetheless be worth more as every year passes. You can't say the same thing about a Mercedes Benz or a Lear Jet, that's for sure.
And while it's the reputation for quality that luxury Swiss watches enjoy that attracts some buyers, others are lured in by accouterments such as diamond-encrusted bezels and the use of other gem-quality stones on both the inside and outside of the watch that also fuels their value in after-market sales.
Forget about investing in Gold or other precious metals. Even at U.S. $700 per ounce, you'd have to buy a lot of gold to realize the $11 million that the owner of that Patek Philippe pocketed. Savvy investors who are looking for the next big investment trend are taking a serious look at vintage luxury Swiss watches. In the world of watches, the term "vintage" is applied to any mechanical watch that was made prior to the 1970's when quartz watches took over the market. The more "vintage" a watch is, the more collectable it becomes.
The market for new, vintage and even antique luxury Swiss watches is growing bigger every day. There are even newsletters and web sites devoted to buying and selling investment-quality luxury Swiss watches and the asking price can rise as quickly as a hot stock can depending upon the number of bidders and the scarcity of the watch.
If you're looking for an interesting and history-rich way to add value to your investment portfolio, or you're simply dying to flash a solid gold "real" wristwatch to your friends and co-workers, there's no better way than to buy one or more luxury Swiss watches.

Even Better Than the Real Thing - Rolex Replica Watches
While that may not be the case in absolute terms as far as Replica Watchesare concerned, it could well be the closest thing to the truth that you will get.
If you are like hundreds of others out in the real world, looking for the perfect replica watch on the market, you have a vast choice. The truth is, most people cannot afford a genuine watches, for example. They have to settle for Rolex replica or Omega replica and Rolex Replica is one such site, where you will find anything and everything for replicas of all major watch manufacturers.
Touted as one of the leading money spinners as far as E Commerce is concerned (3rd only to e-porn and internet gambling), the business of Replica Watches has moved ahead by leaps and bounds in the past few years. Gone are the days when these watches were referred to as “fake” watches. I have seen a few discerning eyes do a double, and even a triple take, at times, such is the quality of the workmanship. Most of these watches even come with some sort of warranty, adding to the lure for the customers. The weight of the watches, the craftsmanship, and the design have been impeccably modeled as per the original designs.
Most features are as per the original watch, though in some cases things like "Water resist to 300 mts" may be "water resist to 100 mts", in case of the replica models
In a world of make believe and superficiality, there are countless people out there who aim to "make an impression". Imitation jewelry was one of the ways in which people satiated their vanity. Now, it is replica watches. This is the wave of the future. It is estimated that Replica Watches over the Internet alone accunt to a couple of million $ worth of business every year.

Pocket Watches - Standing the Test of Time
A silver pocket watch is something other pieces of jewelry are not: it is timeless. Pocket watches are the very epitome of elegance. They exude quiet wealth and charm, and give their bearer distinction.
Pocket watches are personal timepieces that can be carried around in one's pocket. They are strapless, and they sport traditionally analog displays. Though not always a present feature, silver pocket watches often have a hinged cover to protect the watch face. Fobs or pocket watch chains are always present to secure the timepiece to a waistcoat, belt loop, or lapel. Most antique pocket watches also have fasteners designed to be put through buttonholes and worn in a waistcoat or jacket.
Keep It Open, or Keep It Closed
Pocket watches could be any one of two types. The first type are open-faced watches, or hunter-cased, often known as Savonette. The second, and possibly the most common type, has a hinged front cover that protects the crystal face of the watch. Traditionally, the stem or pendant of a Savonette is set at its twelve o'clock position. The hunter's stem, on the other hand, is placed at the three o'clock position.
Modern manufacturers of new pocket watches, however, are not bound by tradition, regardless of the cases they use. Sometimes, mechanism intended for modern wristwatches are being used in silver pocket watches nowadays. This is a trend virtually unheard of with the old, classic silver pocket watches.
Pocket Watches on the Railway
The last half of the 19th century saw a rise in railroading, as well as the use of silver pocket watches. Old pocket watches became a requirement for all railroad workers, for the sole reason of preventing train wrecks.
After a massive train wreck in Kipton, Ohio in 1891, railroad officials established a precision standard for railroad pocket watches. In 1893, stringent standards for silver pocket watches were adapted in railroading.
Pocket Watches Today
In modern times, silver pocket watches have become collectors' items. An antique pocket watch is bound to catch the attention of enthusiasts. Pocket watches have also considerably increased in value. Despite their plain faces, railroad pocket watches are particularly appealing for the quality of their craftsmanship. There are also several vintage pocket watches worthy of mention. An Elgin pocket watch made 50 to 150 years ago can still be of practical use today. These pocket watches are considered symbols of America's rise from an agricultural country to the powerful industrial country it is today. Waltham pocket watches were the first antique gold pocket watches to be mass produced, with the idea of producing gold pocket watches at an affordable price. Hamilton pocket watches are known for their precision. In fact, most of their watches became the standard for railroad pocket watches. By 1923, 53 percent of their production was solely dedicated to the manufacture of railroad pocket watches. Another antique pocket watch worthy of mention are the very rare and much sought-after Verge pocket watches.
The pocket watch is a survivor. It survived the painful beginnings of the railroad system and is still worn today, in the age and place of commercialism. Beautiful, exquisite, and timeless, the pocket watch will undoubtedly be around for years, perhaps even centuries, more.

Victorinox Watches aka Swiss Army Watches: Function and Form
Victorinox, the makers of Swiss Army watches, are more popularly known for their world-class knives rather than their outstanding watches. Almost everyone has at least one of those stainless, all-purpose, take-it-anywhere-with-you knives with the distinctive cross-and-shield emblem. Since the creation of the first Swiss Army Knife in 1897 in the small village of Ibach, Victorinox has prided itself in crafting only tools of utmost precision and versatility.
This centuries-old tradition has been carried on in the manufacture of Swiss Army watches, which reflect the company's image osimplicity and class. Other Victorinox products, such as camping gear, travel gear, cutlery, and apparel are also known for their trademark durability, but it's the Swiss Army watches that you can take with you wherever you go, be it in a plane, underwater, while rappelling of a cliff, or conquering the Amazon forests.
4 Categories
Swiss Army watches are classified into four categories: Active, Classic, Professional, and Pocket/Travel. Make sure that the watch's dial says, "Swiss Army," as this is the only company authorized by the Swiss government to carry the Swiss Army name. The Pocket/Travel collection carries handsome pocket watches that are reminiscent of centuries past. There are pocket watches, leash watches, and pack watches whose prices are all within reach of the average traveler. Swiss Army watches cost anywhere between $100 to $1000.
To perhaps offer a dress watch for enthusiasts of Swiss Army watches, Victorinox came up with the Alliance Diamond Model for women, classified under the "Classic" series. It has a scratch-resistant hardened sapphire crystal, a genuine Mother-of-Pearl dial with a date window at 3H, a push-button deployment clasp, and 40 full-cut diamonds. Although it's water-resistant up to 100 meters, I don't think I'll be wearing one on my next fun dive lest a trigger fish nips at one of its bezel diamonds.
Swiss Army watches are very simple in design, with clean lines, uncomplicated numbers, and straightforward functions. All models are also reasonably priced and always come with a warranty, which assures you of only the strictest quality assurance standards. To see a more complete range of these Victorinox watches, please visit Swiss-Watches-Guide.com.

Are Movado Watches Worth The Price?
There is no question whether or not movado watches have won over society with its brilliant artistic features and display for time. However, the movado price is perhaps a little too much for a watch. By raising their prices to what they are, it ultimately narrows its target market down significantly. So the question is, are movado watches worth the price?
The answer to this question depends solely on what you are looking for in a watch. If you want a classy business-like watch, then it is certainly worth the price. Everything from the strap to the dial to even the hands is crafty and provides style. However, with all this said there are a number of downsides to purchasing movado watches at the movado price.
The first downside to movado watches does not necessarily apply to all of their watches. Their signature one dot at the 12 o'clock mark is very classy, but it makes it difficult to read the time. With no hour or minute markers, the consumer has to guess approximately what time it is. Not all watches have the signature dot only, but that is what the movado watches are known for.
Next, aside from the sports edition movado watches, there is not much variety among the watches. They are all similar in appearance with regards to the strap, dial and hands. The most obvious difference between some of the watches is the single dot or all of the hours displayed, and whether the watch is silver or gold. This makes it difficult to decipher one watch from another.
The last downside to movado watches is the most obvious one, the movado price. There are a few watches out there that you will find under $500, but a few is exactly what there is. A majority of the watches sold by movado are above $750 and are targeted for the wealthy businessman or business woman.
Every company has its target market, but it would be better if movado watches branched out a little to give everyone in society a taste of their artistic styling watches. You may say that this will defeat the purpose of having a classy company by selling lower end watches. However, movado watches have a distinctive quality and style that no other company has, which makes it difficult for those who can't afford the high-end watch to enjoy the artistic qualities that movado has to offer.
While it is obvious that there are a number of benefits to movado watches, there are also the downsides to purchasing one. The only way to answer the question of whether or not it is worth the movado price for a watch is to answer that yourself. It all depends on what you are looking for and whether or not you are willing to drop the cash to get the watch.

How Technology In Watches Is Advancing Today
One of the most popular personal jewelry items on the market today is the watch. Both men and women enjoy wearing watching for both style and function purposes. Often people decide on a watch because of the look or the designer, but the technology behind your watch is what will keep you happy for years to come.
The first wind up watches date back to the 14th century, and were carried in your pocket. The same components are still used today in most watches. The following parts are used in a wind up watch:
A spring provides power
An oscillator for the time base
A numbered dial
Two hands
Gears to regulate the ticking rate for the hands on the dial
Seeking new technology for watches in the 1960s, Bulova replaced the oscillating balance wheel with a transistor oscillator. Therefore, replacing a battery for the old wind up spring. Although this new technology used a tuning fork, a more accurate method of keeping time was still being sought. Less expensive and highly accurate new technologies were introduced including: integrated circuits and LED technology. But these new technologies would require a battery small enough to fit into a watch.
Watchmakers were facing a new problem, finding a new timing element that would run on a small battery.
The quartz crystal was decided upon as the new element. Radio transmitters, receivers, and early computers had been using them for years. Even when exposed to intense heat, quartz maintains its crystalline properties, is unaffected by most solvents and very accurate. By compressing a crystal it produces an electronic charge.
A tuning fork shaped crystal is used in most modern quartz watches. Thin sheets of quartz are plated like an integrated circuit and chemically engraved to make these crystals. To keep good indifferent time depends on the initial frequency accuracy, precision of the angle of quartz cut with respect to the crystalline axis. The accuracy is also affected by the amount of contamination allowed to get through the encapsulation to and onto the surface of the crystal.
The ring of the crystal comes from the oscillation created by the electronics inside the watch amplifying internal noise. Converting this to digital circuits, by pulsation, you have the digital watch process. Digital watches are becoming increasingly popular because of their accuracy and variety in designs.
Today most of the quartz in watches has one-second pulses, which are driving a small electric motor that connects to gears to move the hands on the face. With the exception of the Rolex, who uses perpetual movement innovation, this is what gives the movement in quartz watches today.

Tips on How to Buy Sailing Watches?
Sailing watches offer their owners a wealth of functions and features to explore and admire. This type of timepiece, used traditionally for sailors and yachtsmen, is a great addition to any collector’s assortment of watches.
Functions
When looking for a good sailing watch, one should bear certain things in mind. If you are a sailor (or a collector with particular tastes for authenticity) then you would be wise to pick a watch that has a digital compass, a tide graph, and a barometer. These items are essential for all sailors and yachtsmen. You should also look out for watches that have thermometers as well.
For the yachting enthusiast, a sailing racing watch complete with a timer is ideal for recording race times and tide function. However, there are many other aspects that you might want to consider when purchasing a sailing watch.
Other Important Features
A good sailing watch will have an easy to read dial, as this is essential in yachting, especially if you need to read the dial through sea water or river spray. In addition to this, you may want a watch with a moon data function, a long battery life (some of the better watches can last up to 18 months), and a backlight function (which will enable you to read the watch in dark conditions).
But which of the many watch brands are the best when it comes to buying a sailing watch? Well, as always, Breitling, Rolex, and Tag Heuer sweep the board in terms of quality and intelligent design. Learn more about these swiss watches over at Swiss-Watches-Guide.com
